Sales, Business Development & Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful assistant to support sales, business development, client coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations. The role is ideal for someone who can manage follow-ups, help maintain pipeline discipline, support proposals and presentations, and keep internal administration running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development activities, including lead research, prospect tracking, and follow-up coordination.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, capability decks, and client-facing documents.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline records, and sales trackers accurately and consistently.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and manage calendar follow-ups.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as document organization, email coordination, and data entry.
  • Support client communication by drafting responses, reminders, and status updates as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal team members for inputs, approvals, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist with reports, quotations, invoices, and other business documentation.
  • Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.
  • Provide general operational support as required.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in client communication.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting sales, business development, or executive operations.
  • Familiarity with consulting, IT services, or B2B businesses.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead tracking, or proposal coordination.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, documentation, or procurement processes.
  • Exposure to remote work and international time zones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in admin, sales support, executive assistant, or coordination roles.
  • Freshers with strong communication and learning ability may also be considered.
