Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion Global Practice Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and a proven track record in leading global practice initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and execution of Oracle Fusion solutions across our organization and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Oracle Fusion practice that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead a team of Oracle Fusion consultants and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on best practices and industry trends.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Practice Development:
- Identify opportunities for practice growth and expansion, including new service offerings and market segments.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure the practice remains competitive and innovative.
- Training & Development:
- Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Oracle Fusion team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on implementation, customization, and support.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving practice development.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Oracle certifications in relevant Fusion applications are a plus.
